You may order directly from our web site and make a secure online payment with major credit cards through PayPal (an eBay company) our online credit card processor, or you may choose to send check or money. Please include all necessary order and shipping information with you mail in payment. Please note that orders paid by personal checks will be processed as soon as the check clears the bank. I've tried to place an order and for some reason your order application page does not work. Please advise how I can order. If you have "pop-up" window blocking software enabled you may have to disable it to order. Many internet security, virus and firewall software products have this feature or other features that are preventing the "PayPal shopping cart page" from opening.
I cannot enter a number of units to purchase on your website, why? You may adjust the quantity of an item after clicking the "add to cart" button. A new window will open ( unless you have "pop-up" blocking software enabled if so, then disable it). You will then see the "shopping cart". On the far left is the quantity column, you may enter you quantity here. Then click the "update cart" button to get your new subtotal.
Can I order from your website a longer chain and wire for my light fixture? Yes, after ordering your chain hung light fixture, just visit the parts & accessories page to order additional chain.
